PURPOSE: Firewall/Router Maintenance

DATES: Saturday May 3rd, 2008
START TIME: 12:00am EDT
ESTIMATED END TIME: 2:00am EDT

We will be performing maintenance on our firewalls and routers during this time period. We are scheduling a 2 hour maintenance windows in the event there are issues. But we expect the actual time need to be around 30 minutes to 1 hour.

SmarterMail Webmail issue. If you are seeing the following error message:

If RadComboBox is not initially visible on your ASPX page, you may need to use streamers (the ExternallCallBackPage property) Please, read our online documentation on this problem for details http://www.telerik.com/help/radcombobox/v2%5FNET2/combo_externalcallbackpage.html

We are are aware of the issue and working with SmarterMail to resolve.

SQL10's cpu was being pegged at 100% by a customer with bad sql on WEB11. We have restarted WEB11 and SQL10 is now running as normal. We are in the process of trying to determine which website caused this issue. Resolved.
