30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If at any time during the first 30 days of shared web hosting (does not include reseller accounts), starting on the day the order was
initially accepted the customer notifies WebECS that it is dissatisfied with
WebECS's hosting services and wants WebECS to terminate such hosting services,
WebECS will forthwith terminate its hosting services and will refund 100% of all
Hosting fees paid by the customer to WebECS. This "fee" refund does not include;
any setup, extra features/add-ons, domain name registration, excessive bandwidth, and/or ssl fees.
WebECS must be notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is
available after the 30th day. All Refunds will be made to the credit card the initial charge was made on. To obtain
a refund simply send an e-mail to sales@webecs.com from the e-mail account you
opened the account with (for security purposes), requesting a cancellation of service.
Please provide your UID#, domain name(s) and the last four digits of your current billing credit card for verification.
